font-size: 14pt;">50%</span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt;">的鉛被吸收。如果嬰幼兒長期接觸到極微量的鉛，則會影響神經系統的發育，日後將形成智能不足的情況，感官系統亦將受損。對兒童的毒害更甚，因為鉛對神經系統有很強的親和力，兒童的神經系統處在發育期，更容易受到損害。鉛也可通過胎盤屏障影響到胎兒的發育，引起早產、流產、畸形等。食品中的重金屬並不能通過水洗、浸泡、加熱、烹炒等人們常用的方法來減少，因爲重金屬是通過水和土壤在整個生長過程中逐步滲入食品中的，並不存在於表面，所以通常的辦法是無效的，只能在選購食品時，注意相關標識，比如</span><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif; font-size: 14pt;">CAS</span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt;">標誌、無公害、綠色食品等，儘量選購正規廠商的産品。</span></li></ol>;;<ol> <li><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt;">案內產品現查</span><span style="line-height: 150%;
