註1：1.財團法人保險安定基金於98.7設立，當年並由人身及產險安定基金分別移撥部分
資金。
2.人身及產險安定基金業於99年度辦理解散清算，剩餘資金全數移撥予保險安定
基金，爰安定基金99年底以後之累積金額係產壽險專戶之合計數。
3.因應國華人壽標售案補助事宜，人身保險安定基金專戶於102.04.01支應163.68
億元。

Note: 1. The Taiwan Insurance Guaranty Fund is established on July, 2009, and its initial fund
was contributed by the Life Insurance Stabilization Fund and the Non-life Insurance
Stabilization Fund.
2.The Life Insurance Stabilization Fund and the Non-life Insurance Stabilization Fund
were ordered to dissolve in 2010, and all of the residual fund of the two organizations
were contributed to the Taiwan Insurance Guaranty Fund. Therefore, the amount of
accumulated fund of the Taiwan Insurance Guaranty Fund after 2010 is the sum of the
fund from the life insurance stabilization account and the non-life insurance stabilization
account.
3. To respond accordingly to the matter of Kuo Hua life insurance auction project,The Life
Insurance Guaranty Fund has paid $ 16.368 billion on April the first, 2013.
