line-height: 23.25pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">中華民國96年7月19日 衛署食字第0960403923號函公告 </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">一、近年來國民營養知識提升,健康意識抬頭,且許多先進國家業已實施包裝食品營養標示制度,為因應國內消費大眾之需求,並建立消費者對營養標示之正確認識及提供其選購包裝食品之參考資訊,爰公告我國營養標示規範。 </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">二、所謂營養宣稱係指任何以說明、隱喻或暗示之方式,表達該食品具有特定的營養性質(例如:富含維生素A、高鈣、低鈉、無膽固醇、高膳食纖維等),惟對食品原料成分所為之敘述(例如:該食品成分為麥芽糊精、玉米油、卵磷脂、碳酸鈣、維生素A棕櫚酸、維生素B2、維生素D3等),則並不屬營養宣稱。 </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">三、市售包裝食品營養標示方式,需於包裝容器外表之明顯處所提供以下標示之內容: </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">(</span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">一)標示項目: </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">1.</span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">「營養標示」之標題。 <br /><br />2.熱量。 <br /><br />3.蛋白質、脂肪、飽和脂肪、反式脂肪、碳水化合物、鈉之含量(註:此碳水化合物包括膳食纖維)。<br /><br />4.其它出現於營養宣稱中之營養素含量。<br /><br />5.廠商自願標示之其他營養素含量。 </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">(二)對熱量及營養素含量標示之基準:固體(半固體)須以每100公克或以公克為單位之每一份量標示,液體(飲料)需以每100毫升或以毫升為單位之每一份量標示,但以每一份量標示者須加註該產品每包裝所含之份數。 </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: #333333;">(三)對熱量、營養素及反式脂肪含量標示之單位:食品中所含熱量應以大卡表示,蛋白質、脂肪、飽和脂肪、碳水化合物及反式脂肪應以公克表示,鈉應以毫克表示,其他營養素應以公克、毫克或微克表示。 </span></p><p style="line-height: 23pt;"><span style="font-family: 標楷體;
