Title 河川環境水體底泥整體調查監測計畫
Abstract 高屏溪流域及澄清湖與鳳山水庫為大高雄地區民眾的飲用水及休閑遊憩的地點,更是南部地區工商業重用水的重要水源,不幸的是,在計畫執行期間,先後發生數起污染事件包括,旗山溪遭人傾倒有毒的有機溶劑以及檢測機構又檢驗出自來水中含有區分等嚴重影響民眾健康安全的事件,再加上高屏溪流域沿岸大量養豬戶及小型電鍍"製革和金屬表面處理業廢水的排放,造成高屏溪水體嚴重的污染負荷,為確實掌握高屏溪及澄清湖水庫污染的狀況,長期地針對其水體進行整體的維護與監測是解決大高雄地區民生及工業用水的一個極為重要的課題o根據本研究的結呆發現,由於高屏溪流域內除屏采市外,沒有人口較為密集大城市存在,其他地區亦為一般農業地帶;然而在高屏溪沿岸有大量義豬戶聚集,大量養豬廢水排入河川,造成文流武洛溪及牛稿溪溪水質嚴重污染同時河川底質也累積相當的污染物質。

EngAbstract Aquatic ecosystems in general and fluvial ecosystems in particular are being receivers of increasing amounts of pollutants from industrial sewage or high nutrients containing agricultural waters. The sediment can be used to detect the undissolved contents of discharging pollutants and can act as carrier and possible sources of pollution because that pollutants can be released back to the water column. The sediment found at the bottom of water column frequently play an important role in the polluting scheme of river water. Surface sediments have also been employed as .contamination indicators for nutrients and heavy metals in the river. Recently, the measurement and evaluation of the contamination and cleanup strategies has received increasing attention.
