EngAbstract The objective of this project is to improve the quality of air by charging the prevention fees of air pollution. The contents of this project include (1) the update the database of changeless origin of pollution and to extend the survey; (2) inspection of factories; (3) the relative operation of the permission system and (4) to help the relative operation at the second step of air pollution fees.
