| Abstract | 本計畫將持續進行「建置金門低碳島計畫(草案)」之滾動修正，並針對草案各旗艦計畫研議配套措施與協助各旗艦計畫推動。同時為加速低碳島生活圈之形塑，將以鄉鎮為單位，因地制宜選擇適合當地條件之低碳措施行動項目，實地執行低碳社區建置工作。另外，為進一步研析達零碳島願景，本計畫也將進行金門獨立型電網低碳與零碳情境之模擬分析，評析規劃智慧型儲能與區域能源供應系統(冷、熱、電供應)之最佳模式與成本效益。而強化行政體系運作。透過教育宣傳讓低碳作為融入民眾生活，也是低碳島建構推動成功的重要因素。 |
