Title 2009全民減碳運動之「青年環保大使」培訓計畫
Abstract 2009年12月將於丹麥首都哥本哈根舉行「第十五屆聯合國氣候變遷會議」，希冀藉由本培訓營之研習測驗，甄選出具有代表我國參加聯合國氣候變遷會議資格的「青年環保大使」數名，並將以公費補助出國相關費用。本培訓營相關課程包括全球氣候變遷議題、國際禮儀及語言訓練等，進而培養出具有國際觀之能源與環境事務之人才。

EngAbstract COP15 United Nations Climate Change Conference will be in Copenhagen, Denmark in December this year. TISE organizes the training course to find candidates to represent Taiwan at this conference. All traveling expenses will be provided at public expense.The training course is about issues relating to global climate change, international etiquette, and language training, aiming to train candidates with international outlook on energy and environment.
